(OSI), a trusted leader in oilfield equipment and services across the Permian Basin, announced today the acquisition of ACS Pump & Supply from Diamondback Energy. This strategic move further strengthens OSI’s footprint and enhances its ability to support clients with expanded capabilities in downhole rod pumps and repair services.

For decades, OSI has built a reputation as a reliable partner in the Permian Basin, providing innovative solutions that drive performance and efficiency for exploration and production companies. With the addition of ACS Pump and Supply, the company will become part of the OSI Rod Pump Division, operating from a new location in Midland, Texas.
